EATING
At "la Lanterne" we cook together an anti--inflammatory veggie food, mostly organic and local and picked up in the garden or during the hikes. Meals are taken in mindfulness. We train to receive this food like a gift from Nature instead of a well deserved thing.

NOT EATING
At "la Lanterne" we invited to skip  the breakfast (intermittent fasting). We demistify fasting together to stop being dominated by this primal fear of starving. This way we offer a daily pause to our digestive system and regain lightness and energy. We also reconnect with the natural sensation of hunger and stop eating by greed or "because I have nothing better to do" or "because it's time to".
We will be invited, with nothing imposed at all, to fast for a 24-hour period to push the experience a little bit further.
